The past few days haven’t been smooth for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party, with some leaders of the party having made news, for a series of sudden self goals. Their acts and remarks, understandably, generated a wave of outrage among the party’s supporters and detractors alike.
