Shiksha Bachao Andolan Samiti founder and retired school teacher, Dinanath Batra has upped the ante, and demanded the resignation of Union HRD Minister Smriti Irani and the appointment of Bollywood’s sanskaari babuji Alok Nath in her place.
“If the upcoming generations are to be cultured, we need a leader who practices Bharatiya sanskaar in all its glory. And who better than Alok Nath? The man exudes sanskaar! Under his benign and avuncular leadership, Indian culture will thrive like never before, and students will grow up imbibing all the right Indian values,” Batra said.
Batra has received instant support in his campaign, from Irani troll academic Madhu Kishwar. “Absolutely! Dinanath Batraji is 100% right. Why Alok Nath, even Kamal Nath will make a better HRD minister than Smriti Irani! But since we’re rooting for Alok Nath for the moment, Alok Nath it is! #AlokNath4HRD” tweeted Prof. Kishwar. The demand has also been accentuated by bots disciples of tainted saint Asaram Bapu, who have pledged to tweet in support of #Babuji4HRD for a change, instead of Bapuji.
Sources added that Batra has already invited Alok Nath to provide informative seminars on the art of performing Kanyadaan, to the educational institutions he is affiliated with. The seminars will be followed by exclusive “aashirwad” sessions, where students would seek the blessings of India’s Sanskaari Babuji.
Meanwhile, Smriti Irani, has hit back at her critics, claiming that she is sanskaari enough to be BJP’s HRD minister, after her 7 year stint as a bahu and a saas in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. According to unconfirmed reports, the actress has sent High-def DVDs of all KSBKBT episodes to Batra, in a bid to convince him.
